Personalized Coaching for Lasting Transformation
You take care of everyone. I'm here to help you take care of you.
Hi! I'm Carolyn (my family and friends call me Care). I'm a Registered Nurse, wife and mom of three.
I've been a RN since 2007, across inpatient care, outpatient settings and community volunteer work. Over the years, I've learned that health is never just about the body. I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person: body, mind and soul.
My story
When my husband and I started our family, I wanted more than anything to keep our loved ones happy, healthy and safe. But I was taking care of everyone but me. My intention and joy were lost in the busyness of my schedule. I wasn't taking breaks or allowing help. And most importantly, I wasn't practicing what I preach. I quickly realized that the home and legacy I wanted had to begin with me.
Through research, trial and error, prayer and a lot of learning, I built simple daily habits that helped me feel more intentional, joyful, grounded and well.
And my children noticed.
They watch how I cared for myself. They watch how I responded to stress. They watch how I make choices for my health. And as I live these habits, they naturally began to follow my lead.
When we show up for ourselves, we give our families permission to do the same.
Who I help
I work with women between motherhood and menopause who are doing everything right but still feel flat. You're the one holding it all together while your body is changing and your energy isn't what it used to be.
What makes this different
As a nurse, I look at what's happening in your body, not just your habits. Hormones, nutrition, movement, sleep and stress all shape how you feel. Using my CARE Method, we build small, sustainable changes that work on your hardest days. No perfection. No pressure.
